The condition of a first generation space for lease described as a space outfitted with only basic improvements such as white drywall, exposed concrete floor, bathroom, air conditioning, and with plumbing, electrical and fire sprinklers also in place. Different landlords may include fewer or more interior improvements as a part of their standard vanilla shell outfit.
